How SMS Messaging Is Used
MY PRETTY FACE SKINCARE STUDIO, LLC (DBA My Pretty Face Studio) uses SMS messaging to communicate directly with clients receiving beauty, aesthetic, and permanent makeup services. Messages are transactional and informational and may include appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, required pre-procedure instructions, links to intake and consent forms, treatment and post-care healing follow-ups, and customer support communications.
Message frequency varies based on client appointment and treatment activity. Message and data rates may apply. Clients may opt out at any time by replying STOP or request assistance by replying HELP.
Promotional or marketing SMS communications are not included in this consent unless the studio maintains a separately approved marketing messaging program and separate customer consent.
How Consent is Collected
End users opt in to receive transactional SMS messages from MY PRETTY FACE SKINCARE STUDIO, LLC (DBA My Pretty Face Studio) through the PMUHQ Studio Customer Portal at https://pmuhqstudio.com/customerportal. After booking a permanent makeup service, customers receive an email directing them to the PMUHQ Studio Customer Portal to opt in to SMS communications related to their appointment and treatment. On the portal, the customer selects My Pretty Face Studio from the studio dropdown and enters their first name, last name, email address, and mobile phone number.
After selecting the studio, the customer is presented with a dedicated SMS consent checkbox identifying My Pretty Face Studio as the sender. The checkbox is unchecked by default and requires affirmative action by the customer. SMS consent is optional, is not bundled with any other agreement, and is not a condition of purchase, booking, submitting forms, or receiving services.
Customer SMS Consent
Clients may opt in to receive text messages during the studio's client-facing appointment, intake, consent, or treatment workflow. The client provides a mobile number and is presented with a separate SMS consent checkbox.

The checkbox is unchecked by default, is separate from Privacy Policy and Terms acceptance, is optional, and declining does not prevent a client from booking, submitting forms, or receiving services.
