1. Who you are contracting with

PMUHQ Studio is operated by SIMPLEJOBZ, LLC ("PMUHQ Studio", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you enter into a binding agreement with SIMPLEJOBZ, LLC.

2. Acceptance

By registering for, accessing, or continuing to use PMUHQ Studio you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business; if you use it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age.

3. The service

PMUHQ Studio is web-based software for permanent makeup artists and studios, covering client records, case and treatment tracking, appointment scheduling, photo capture and galleries, consent and intake forms, workflow automation, and client communications. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you have selected.

4. Your account

  • Keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Provide accurate account and billing information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for obtaining any consents required from your own clients before entering their personal data, photographs, or health information into the service.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

  • use the service for unlawful purposes or in breach of professional, health, or licensing regulations;
  • commit fraud, send spam, or transmit unsolicited or deceptive messages through the service;
  • upload content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
  • interfere with security — introducing malware, probing, scanning, scraping, or circumventing technical limits;
  • reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the service.

6. Client photographs and content

You retain ownership of the client records, photographs, and other content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, process, and display that content solely to provide the service to you — including publishing photographs to your public gallery where you have marked them as public. You are responsible for holding valid model and media releases for any photograph you make public, and for responding to takedown requests from the people depicted. Repeated or serious infringement may result in removal of content and termination of your account.

7. Intellectual property

SIMPLEJOBZ, LLC retains all rights in the PMUHQ Studio software, documentation, design, and branding. No rights are granted other than those expressly stated here.

8. Service level

We work to keep PMUHQ Studio available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. PMUHQ Studio is a business tool and is not a substitute for medical, legal, or professional advice.

9. Payment, subscriptions, and taxes

Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you selected until cancelled. Prices are shown on our pricing page. Payment, billing, tax, invoicing, cancellation, and refund mechanics are handled by our reseller and are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, together with our Refund Policy.

10. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may cancel at any time. When a subscription lapses, your studio moves to read-only access and, after continued non-payment, is suspended; data is retained for 90 days so you can export it or reactivate, after which it may be deleted.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

13. Indemnity

You will indemnify SIMPLEJOBZ, LLC against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and the courts located there have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
