Program Description

SIMPLEJOBZ, LLC dba PMUHQ Studio is a multi-tenant client workflow and practice management SaaS platform for permanent makeup studios. Our SMS messaging program is used to communicate directly with our B2B SaaS subscribers, including studio owners and their registered staff.

Messages primarily include transactional communications such as account registration confirmations, multi-factor authentication (MFA) codes, security notifications, system maintenance notices, subscription and billing updates, platform-related account notifications, and responsive customer support communications.

We may also send occasional marketing or promotional messages regarding PMUHQ Studio features, add-ons, or subscription tier upgrades. Marketing messages are sent only to users who separately and affirmatively opt in to receive marketing communications.

Users may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Users may reply HELP for assistance.

How Consent Is Collected

SMS consent is collected through the PMUHQ Studio website at https://pmuhqstudio.com.

Studio owners begin registration by selecting “Get Started” and creating a PMUHQ Studio account. During the authenticated onboarding process, users provide their mobile phone number.

The onboarding form presents two separate SMS consent checkboxes, both of which are unchecked by default:

• Transactional SMS Consent — Users may affirmatively opt in to receive transactional messages, including security codes, account notifications, billing-related communications, and other service-related messages.
• Marketing SMS Consent — Users may separately and optionally opt in to receive marketing and promotional messages regarding PMUHQ Studio features, add-ons, offers, or subscription upgrades.

The marketing consent checkbox is independent of transactional SMS consent and is not required to create an account, purchase a subscription, or use PMUHQ Studio. Users may consent to transactional messages without consenting to marketing messages.

SMS consent is never pre-checked or bundled with another agreement. Consent records are associated with the user's account and mobile number.

Two separate, independent checkboxes are presented. Neither is checked by default. Marketing consent is optional and is never required to use PMUHQ Studio.

The screenshot below shows the actual PMUHQ Studio account sign-up form where the user's mobile number is collected and SMS consent is obtained. The form presents separate consent options for transactional and marketing SMS communications, and both checkboxes are unchecked by default.

Message frequency varies based on account activity, security events, support interactions, and communication preferences.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. PMUHQ Studio does not charge for text messages.

Opt-Out (STOP)

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or OPTOUT.

Mobile Information Sharing

No mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data collected by PMUHQ Studio will be shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other data-sharing categories described in our Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
